The Kansas City Medical Society held it’s 2018 Summer Social for Johnson and Wyandotte County. The event hosted by Dr. Mark and Mrs. Jill Brady kicked off The Kansas City Medical Society’s summer event series.

Over 40 members from Johnson County and Wyandotte County were in attendance – members connected over patient care, advocacy, and the Kansas Medical Home Program. The Summer Social was a chance for members to mingle with elected officials and share strategies that focus on the patient-centered mission of the Kansas City Medical Society.

All in attendance agreed that getting people in the medical profession to vote is an important bi-partisan initiative and that the elected officials in attendance stressed that Physicians’ voices need to be heard in Topeka.
