Timothy McBride, PhD, Bernard Becker Professor, Washington University Brown School of Social Work and Co-Director, Center For Health Economics and Policy. He was a lead author of the 2019 study, “Analysis of the Fiscal Impact of Medicaid Expansion in Missouri,” which forecasted that Missouri could save $930 million annually by 2024 with Medicaid expansion.
Kansas State Rep. Kathy Wolfe Moore, District 36 (Kansas City, Kan.). She is the ranking minority member of the House Appropriations Committee.
